Indications:
1 - PFO BLOCKED IN FLEXION MTC-F flexion brace fixed at 60 ° (wrist articulation blocked at 0 ° or flexion at 30 ° or free).
Fractures of 4 ° and / or 5 ° MTC-F: base - diaphysis - distal or conservative epiphysis (in the post operative period); fractures before phalanx 4th and / or 5th finger: base - diaphysis - distal epiphysis; flight dislocation of the MTC-F of 4th and / or 5th ray; superficial and / or deep flexor tendon lesion of the 4th-5th postoperative radius.
2 - PFO BLOCKED at 0 ° MTC-F flexion brace fixed at 0 ° (wrist articulation blocked at 0 °).
Dupuytren's disease 4th and / or 5th ray; tendon extensor lesions (common of 4 ° and / or 5 ° ray and proper of the 5th ray); dorsal dislocation of the MTC-F of the 4th and / or 5th ray.
3 - DYNAMIC PFO brace with MTC-F dynamic (ROM restriction 0 ° -30 ° or 0 ° -60 ° or 0 ° -libero) wrist joint blocked at 0 ° or at 30 ° bending or free (according to the orthopedic surgeon's opinion) .
Early or late dynamization of 4 ° and / or 5 ° ray in the treatment of the previously listed diseases.
4 - PFO BLOCKED IN SWAN NECK POSITION wrist joint locked in 60 ° or 90 ° extension, MTC-F articulation joint locked at 60 ° in flexion.
Further possible immobilization configurations as per reference bibliography (according to the opinion of the orthopedic surgeon).
